Science Fiction’s genre never really got a true description, so when I see any books on the bookshelves these days, I can immediately say “that book is not in the category of sci-fi.” There are so many so-called’ Science Fiction books,’ but the concept of Science Fiction does not prevail. What’s a novel of science fiction? Science fiction novels are a tale that should give us a glimpse of the near or distant future, or the space age, to which we can relate objectively. I stumbled into a book with a synopsis of alien vampires who ravaged the inhabitants of another world by World XYZ Dracula. Where are such books as the Space Odyssey of 2001, 1984, and World War? The basis of science fiction books has always been about aliens, our own life and the future of humanity being influenced by the world in the near future; normal or otherwise. teen fiction authors
Most of the latest sci-fi books were of the genre of fantasy, or a mirror image of a recent novel that has become a success. This is another issue with the world of died publishing; they milk the same topic again and again just because one has become a success. After’ Twilight’ saga came out, soon after, hundreds of other novels came out based on the story of vampire love and triangle; whether or not they belonged to the bookshelves, the publishers made sure they milked out any and every author they had written about the same subject. That’s why the independent and self-publishing route is, in my opinion, the wave of the future. You no longer have to rely on a third party to approve your work, like it or hate it; the new technology has allowed the author to judge his own work.
The positive side to new methods of publishing has also made the author well versed with zero grammatical and spelling errors in the art of creative writing. Professional copywriters have written most of the professionally published work and re-edited it. A published author’s original manual script is far different from the published copy. Many people think authors are the greatest written language doctors, while in reality they too have the same, average English skills that are far beyond their ability to make it sound and read well. I found a unique gem in the modern multiverse period of books and publishing;’ Kyirux: Pascal’s Text.’
Reading the synopsis gave me a realistic approach to the thrill of the good old days of futuristic storyline. Kyirux’s story is based on a strange device that was discovered in the early years of the 21st century from deep beneath the surface of our planets, turning out to be 500 million years old. This device tells people about their origins, lays out our universe’s secrets, and gives a warning of heavenly proportions. Only reading the synopsis gave me chills, and the plot was far beyond applause as the brief intro. This is a must read for fans of all science fiction books.
